3D Foot Scanning Technology

Our advanced 3D foot scanning technology allows clinicians to capture highly accurate digital foot scans quickly and effortlessly using compatible Apple devices.

Using Apple's TrueDepth camera technology, the system creates a precise 3D model of the patient's foot in seconds — no mess, no delays, and no guesswork. Scans can be performed from 6–8 inches away, making the process comfortable for both practitioner and patient.

This modern approach eliminates the need for foam boxes, plaster casts, or fiberglass molds, resulting in significant cost savings and a more efficient workflow. The scanner is fully integrated with our custom portal, allowing scans to be uploaded instantly for orthotic design and production.

Standard Orthotics

  • 14-16mm heel cup height
  • Black ETC top cover (default)
  • 1mm, 2mm, 3mm carbon flex or polypropylene shell
  • 1mm puff underlay (default)

Our standard design is great for use in lace style footwear, boots and runners for both men and women. 2mm carbon flex is our default orthotic if nothing is indicated or checked off on our prescription form.
